We will ensure that purchasing a pair of Longmire cufflinks will be a smooth and simple process. Longmire regularly send orders across the globe to both new and many repeat clients.

shipping

All orders are shipped insured, free of charge.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ and will normally be delivered next day.

FOREIGN orders are shipped via Federal Express for 18k Gold and Royal Mail ‘Airmail’ for Silver.

returns and cancellations

The purchaser is entitled to cancel their order within 14 days after receipt of goods purchased.

A full refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the goods if the goods are returned in the original condition with a valid receipt.

The cost of returned shipping, insurance and delivery of the purchase is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is proved to be faulty.

Please contact Michael Coulthurst at mc@longmire.co.uk before returning any goods for a ‘Returns Authorisation Reference Number’ and so that we can forward you shipping instructions.

Duty and tax on shipments sent outside the UK will not be refunded.

gift wrap and packaging

Every pair of cufflinks will arrive in a ‘Longmire’ handmade gift box enclosed within a black velvet pouch.

Should you wish to have the cufflinks gift wrapped please tick this option in ‘checkout’ and we will ensure that they are wrapped in our black wrapping paper and tied with signature ‘LONGMIRE’ ribbon.
